Broker Support SLA: What You Get in Your First 30 Days at 1912
If you are an experienced Arizona agent moving your license, your first 30 days at a new brokerage will either accelerate everything you want next—or stall you out. At 1912 Realty, we take that seriously enough to put it in writing. This Broker Support Service Level Agreement (SLA) spells out exactly what you can count on from us in your first month.
This post is Part 5 of the five-part Arizona Agent Move Kit designed to help you switch brokerages with confidence:
Quick overview first—watch this video walking you through your first month at 1912 Realty and how we support experienced Arizona agents day one:
Our 30-Day Promise to You
When you join 1912 Realty, you are not just “hanging your license.” You are entering into a working relationship with a managing broker who is actively invested in your success—in business and in life. In your first 30 days, you can expect:
- Same-day broker access: direct phone/text access for questions, strategy, and contract review—especially when files get complex or time-sensitive.
- Fast clause & addendum review: clear feedback on language, risk, and best practices before you send documents for signature.
- Weekly deal clinics: real files, real issues, practical takeaways you can use on your next contract.
- Structured onboarding milestones (Weeks 1–4): everything from MLS/profile setup to marketing checks and a compliance audit.
- Marketing & tech setup: your 1912 email, basic website presence, and first wave of social announcements.
- Social + AI best practices training: we help you use today’s tools to do more business with less friction.
- 1:1 business and life planning: a written roadmap to where you want to go in real estate—and how that supports your personal life and long-term wealth.
- 24/7 support culture: when your deal needs you at 9:30pm, you are not alone.
This is not aspirational marketing language. It is a concrete, time-bound support plan for your first 30 days at 1912.
Days 1–3: Access, Identity, and Compliance Foundation
Your first few days are about getting you plugged in, compliant, and visible in the right ways.
1. Broker & Office Access
- Direct broker contact: you receive my mobile number, preferred text/email channels, and clarity on how to reach me for urgent and non-urgent issues.
- Orientation conversation: we walk through your business to date, your current pipeline, and where you feel the most friction right now.
- Quick risk scan: we quickly review any active listings, escrows, and tricky situations so you are not carrying unresolved risk into your new brokerage.
2. Email, Identity & Logins
- 1912 email setup: we create or coordinate your
@1912realty.com (or equivalent) email address, including forwarding from your previous professional account if appropriate.
- Signature update: we help you build a clean, compliant email signature that clearly displays your name, brokerage, and contact info in line with Arizona requirements.
- Single place of truth: together we decide which email address will be the “anchor” for your real estate business going forward, so clients and partners are not confused.
3. MLS & Online Platform Alignment
In coordination with your existing credentials and the guidelines in the other Move Kit posts, we help you:
- Update MLS affiliation: make sure your brokerage information is correct and consistent.
- Review branding & team references: avoid leaving your old brokerage logo or team name attached to active listings.
- Align with day-one compliance: we cross-reference Part 4: Day-One Compliance When You Join a New Brokerage so your public presence matches your new reality right away.
Week 1: Website, Profiles & Social Media Announcements
Once the essentials are in place, we use Week 1 to visibly “turn on” your new home at 1912 Realty.
4. Website & Bio Presence
- 1912 website profile: we create or refine your bio on the 1912 site with a current headshot, service areas, specialties, and a clear call-to-action.
- Link strategy: we decide which links you want to promote (website, Calendly, social channels, lead capture pages) and make sure they appear in the right places.
- AI-friendly copy: your bio is written and structured so both humans and AI tools can understand who you serve and where you shine.
5. Social Profile Cleanup & Announcements
Together, we create a simple, repeatable plan to update your public profiles and tell the world you have moved—without overcomplicating things.
- Social handle audit: we review the major platforms you actually use (for example, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube) and identify where your old brokerage still appears.
- Profile updates: we help you replace old brokerage names and logos with your 1912 affiliation, tagline, and fresh bio language.
- Announcement templates: you receive a few short, plug-and-play scripts you can use for posts and stories to announce your move professionally and compliantly.
- Consistent branding: wherever a client might search you—from Google Business Profile to Zillow/real estate portals—we work toward a consistent 1912-aligned presence over the first month.
Week 2: Culture, Community & How We Work Together
In Week 2, we focus on how you fit into the culture of 1912 and how we will collaborate going forward.
6. Introduction to 1912 Culture
- Values & expectations conversation: we talk about how we show up for clients, for each other, and for the community.
- Communication norms: how we use text, email, phone, and meetings so you know what “responsiveness” looks like here—on both sides.
- Meeting & training rhythm: a quick overview of office meetings, sales meetings, classes, and where to plug in without overwhelming your schedule.
7. Who You Need to Know
- Internal introductions: warm introductions to key people in the office you can lean on—transaction coordinators, marketing support, other agents with complementary strengths.
- Trusted partner list: access to our ecosystem of lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals that can help your clients right away.
- Peer-to-peer support: we talk about how to ask for and offer help in a way that keeps everyone moving forward.
Week 3: Business Plan, Mentorship & Life Alignment
By Week 3, you are starting to feel at home. This is where we zoom out and get serious about your next chapter—professionally and personally.
8. Individual Mentorship on Your Business Plan
- Where you are now: we look honestly at your production history, your current pipeline, and your average sales price and conversion rates.
- Where you want to be: together we define 12-month and 36-month targets that are ambitious but believable.
- Written business plan: we build a simple, written plan with clear leading indicators—conversations, appointments, signed clients—so you can track progress without needing a spreadsheet degree.
9. Moving Forward in Real Estate and in Your Personal Life
You are a whole human, not just a license number. In our one-to-one conversations we are willing to talk about:
- Time and energy: how your work rhythm supports (or undermines) your health, relationships, and creative life.
- Boundaries: how to be highly responsive for clients without being constantly consumed by your phone.
- Purpose: what kind of business you are actually trying to build—and what you want it to make possible for you outside of real estate.
10. Conversations About Wealth Building
We also make time, if you want it, to frame your real estate business as a tool for building long-term security and freedom:
- From commission income to assets: thinking beyond “next closing” toward savings, debt strategy, and long-term investing.
- Using your market knowledge: how being in real estate can give you an edge in understanding timing, opportunity, and risk.
- Your personal wealth plan: we do not sell financial products—but we can help you ask better questions and connect with qualified advisors.
Week 4: Pipeline, Marketing & Your Next 90 Days
The final week of your first 30 days is about momentum—turning all of this support into closings and opportunities.
11. Pipeline and Deal Strategy
- Current pipeline review: we look at your active clients, warm leads, and sphere and prioritize what needs action now.
- Lead source clarity: which activities actually generate business for you—and which can be simplified or dropped.
- Next 90-day focus: we choose a small number of prospecting and relationship-building actions you can sustain.
12. Marketing & Announcement Follow-Through
- Final social pass: we double-check that your most visible profiles are current and coherent.
- Email to your database: using the guidance from Part 3: Client Notice Scripts, we make sure your past clients and sphere know how to reach you at 1912.
- Simple content plan: a realistic cadence for staying in touch with your people using email, social, and real-world touches.
24/7 Support Culture: What It Looks Like in Real Life
Support is not just a slogan on our website. In practice, our SLA means:
- When a contract issue pops up at 9:30pm, you have a managing broker you can reach—not an unanswered voicemail.
- When you run into a strange situation in a transaction, you do not have to “wing it.” We talk through options, risk, and strategy.
- When you want to grow, you have someone who remembers your goals and is willing to ask, “Is this decision moving you toward or away from what you told me you wanted?”
You deserve a brokerage that takes your first 30 days as seriously as you do. At 1912, that commitment is not implied—it is spelled out.
